Vampires Dark Rising (VDR) is a captivating text-based role-playing game (RPG) available on the iPhone. This free-to-play game introduces players to a newly rising, vampire-inhabited Darkside world, offering a fresh and exciting spin on the genre.
In VDR, players have the opportunity to choose their bloodline and join the Rising. The game takes advantage of the native functions of smartphones, providing gameplay aspects and interaction features that have never been seen in text-based gaming before.

Players can also use custom profile pictures via Gravatar and view other players' stats and in-game assets.
It's important to note that VDR requires an internet connection to play and uses an email and password log-in system. The game is compatible with tablets, although full graphic optimization will be available in a future update. Lastly, there is an ad-bar in place to support development, but players can permanently remove it by purchasing any single addon.
